Customer Relationship Manager CRM – Digital Campaigns
Are you a Digital CRM Manager? Want to Create captivating shopping experiences that highlight a well-known payments companies offerings, igniting customer enthusiasm and encouraging repeat visits? Craft and lead the CRM strategy, orchestrating a dynamic calendar of communications spanning web, email, push notifications, and upcoming channels like SMS and Paid advertising.
The Offer
• This role will commence as a 12 month contract
• The role offers an annual salary of £65k - £70k per year
• This role can be worked on a hybrid mode from London
Day To Day
• Innovative and creative thinking and ability to elevate growth strategies at the company.
• Deep understanding UK consumers and ability to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation across the customer journey.
• Experience in leading cross-functional CRM projects independently
Experience needed
• A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible,
• 5 years of experience with CRM Strategy and execution.
• Experience in B2C digital business.
